Edelwonen.

Edelwonen began with a simple idea: a welcoming home is more than a front door of your own. It is a place where you can unwind, where someone greets you and where a familiar face makes the day a little warmer.

Inspired by this idea, Jonald Bouwhuis developed a housing concept that brings together comfort, safety and opportunities to connect. That vision took shape at De Robijn in Apeldoorn: comfortable apartments, shared facilities and an attentive caretaker. A place of your own, with plenty of privacy and company close at hand.

What began there grew into around 3,500 Edelwonen homes. With the same aim throughout: to offer people a place where they can feel at home and connected.

‘Join the family’ captures the spirit of Edelwonen. Living independently, getting to know one another and feeling that you belong. So that a place to live becomes a home.
