Bouwhuis Groep.
Bouwhuis Groep grew out of Jonald Bouwhuis’s entrepreneurship. What began in hospitality grew into a versatile business with property as its foundation and activities in housing, workspace and hospitality.
In 2002, Bouwhuis Groep found its home base at Loolaan 83 in Apeldoorn, opposite Paleis Het Loo. A special place that became closely linked to the company’s development. Plans were made here, partnerships built and new businesses born.
Today, Bouwhuis Groep is active in property development and investment, with its own investment portfolio that we build and manage for the long term. This portfolio provides a solid foundation for our organisation. Through Edelwonen, we develop housing concepts that bring comfort and social connection together. Through Edelbox and Edelbox Business, we provide storage spaces, garage units and business premises for individuals and businesses. The group is also active in restaurants, hospitality and wellness. At Restaurant Amante and Sauna Drôme in Putten, our focus on hospitality, relaxation and the guest experience takes shape.
A building gains meaning from the people who live or work there, or visit as guests. Guided by that idea, we develop our concepts with employees and partners who bring their own knowledge, commitment and entrepreneurship.
Bouwhuis Groep continues to evolve, drawing on the experience of past decades and the curiosity with which it all began. The pleasure still lies in seeing an opportunity — and creating something special together.
